*NEW*- In order to cancel your tanning membership, you must physically come into the Studio  to fill out a cancellation form. We no longer take verbal or text cancellation notices.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION NOTICE:

Monthly memberships are charged the exact date of the next month that you originally signed. Monthly memberships require cancellation prior to that date. (Please take into consideration that we are closed on Sundays and are only in until 1 on Saturdays)

 

For example: if you signed Thursday, October 12th- the next charge would be Sunday, November 12th – which means you would need to come in Saturday November 11th at the very latest in order to cancel the next month’s charge. No refunds are issued. You're able to tan for the rest of the month that was billed. No further payments will be drafted after the cancellation date.
