AFTER

If your skin starts to get dry after your tan, you can then use an oil such as coconut oil or almond oil. Do not use any body lotions. A lot of lotions that are on the market are filled with ingredients that essentially put a "mask" over your pores; tricking your skin into thinking it feels moisturized when in reality it's reversing your tan.

Remember: Moisturized skin tans better than dry skin!

If you burn:

Use your best judgement on when you should tan or wax next. If you burn, please wait until you can't see the discoloration anymore! You will have to "baby" your skin back to normal so that you have less chances of your skin peeling. Use a NATURAL aloe (not banana boat, or any "aloe" that is neon green in color- this just means that it has ingredients in it that it shouldn't, and it's not REAL aloe!). Again, keep up with coconut oil and you should be fine!

The waxing & tanning rule:
You must wait a minimum of 24 hours to get waxed after you have tanned.
You must wait a minimum of 24 hours to tan after you have been waxed.
You must wait a minimum of 24 hours to tan again after the end time of your last tanning appointment.

For best results, please wait at least three (3) days to get waxed after you have tanned. This will reduce the risk of skin lifting, bruising, and burning.
