Due to the high volume of waxers and tanners, please pay attention to the day you are selecting to come in. Days fill in very fast at the Studio. You will know that the day is already booked if it's in gray. The available days are in pink- along with the available times underneath. Right below the calendar view, it says which day you are on. Please use this as another to way to double check. This will avoid confusion and having to reschedule. Thank you so much for being cautious!


If you are having issues with the App on your phone- we have realized that sometimes it's simply just from using a cell phone. Try using a desktop or laptop to book your appointments. Is your account saying you forgot your password? Try resetting it- if this doesn't work, we can do it on our part. Otherwise, go ahead and make a completely different account.
